By accessing or using this Site, including purchasing products from Affordable Creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and place an order.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Affordable Creations sells:

  • Handmade resin products, which may vary in color, pattern, and finish

  • Custom-designed, made-to-order apparel and accessories, fulfilled through third-party partners

All product images are representative. Due to the handmade and custom nature of many items, no two products are exactly alike.

4. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for each customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Custom items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect

  • Minor variations are not considered defects

  • Production times may vary

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization issues.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Handmade and made-to-order items typically ship within 3–7 business days, though delays may occur.

Affordable Creations is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

8. PRODUCT USE & CARE

Customers are responsible for using products as intended and following any provided care instructions.

Affordable Creations is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or sunlight

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under Illinois law, Affordable Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of this Site

  • Purchase or use of products

  • Errors or omissions in content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
