However, all shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or high order volumes.

Affordable Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by third-party carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier and marked as shipped. Title and risk of loss for shipped items pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier, to the extent permitted under Illinois law.

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional processing time

  • Affordable Creations is not liable for delays or losses beyond our direct control

This Shipping Policy and Disclaimer are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Processing time includes:

  • Creating and finishing handmade resin items

  • Producing custom, made-to-order apparel and accessories

  • Quality checks and packaging

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout and are based on your location, order size, and selected service.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

After processing, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping Locations

Affordable Creations currently ships to:

  • Addresses within the United States

We do not offer international shipping at this time unless otherwise stated.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number

  • Carrier information

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Affordable Creations is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship:

  • In separate packages

  • From different fulfillment locations

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Affordable Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is missing:

  1. Check your delivery area

  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  3. Contact us if additional assistance is needed

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

Affordable Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Events beyond our control
